What's included in the monthly fee?
Initial design and development. Unlimited content updates, hosting, and support. Minor design updates are included as well — things like changing photos, small layout updates, etc... For medium-to-large changes, we'll negotiate a fair one-time fee.
About that 24-hour guarantee... what's the catch?
No catch. For any content updates, or new pages for which we already have approved designs, I guarantee a 24 hour turnaround Monday through Friday. If you need a new design, email me and we'll scope the project.
What if we need emergency updates?
Email me. Urgent updates go live ASAP with a small rush fee applied. The 24-hour guarantee is for normal business flow.
Can you handle our security requirements?
